Job Descriptions:
  1. Berperanan dan bertanggungjawab melaksanakan kerja menjaga keselamatan kawasan persekitaran dan bangunan agar tidak dicerobohi dan memastikan keselamatan harta benda syarikat seperti bangunan, peralatan dan sebagainya sentiasa terjamin.
  2. Bertanggungjawab menjaga keselamatan pelajar dan pekerja syarikat dari sebarang ancaman luar.
  3. Memastikan pelawat yang memasuki premis syarikat memakai kad keselamatan / kad pengenalan pelawat.
  4. Mengawal dan mengawasi keadaan lalu lintas di dalam premis syarikat.
  5. Mencatat buku laporan harian pada setiap hari dan serahkan kepada ketua pengawal keselamatan untuk semakan dan pengesahan
  6. Menjalankan rondaan sekeliling premis syarikat dan sekolah.
  7. Melaksanakan tugas mengikut keperluan semasa pada masa-masa tertentu seperti diarahkan oleh pihak syarikat.
  8. Menghubungi pihak polis, bomba, pegawai syarikat sekiranya berlaku kecemasan atau apabila perlu.
Job Requirements:
  1. Warganegara Malaysia.
  2. Sihat Fizikal dan Mental.
  3. Berdisiplin dan tiada rekod jenayah.
  4. Berpengalaman dalam Kawalan Keselamatan atau Bekas Tentera / RELA / Wataniah.
  5. Boleh bertutur, membaca dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Boleh bekerja shif.

Position 2: Executive (1 position)

Procurement Full Time March 2020
Job Descriptions:
  1. Administer of contract and procurement management of the Company including the whole project as well as the contractors and consultants.
  2. Analyse all contract documentation and produce deliverables in collaboration with project team. Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.  
  3. Managing pre award activities including shortlisting consultants, contractors, surveyors 
  4. Identify any amendment, variation, claim or breach that could significant impact on project in terms of cost and time.
  5. Ensure that the procurement activities are compliant including adhering to process under tender management
  6. To monitor the compliances of the contract specification and to ensure legal obligation are met.
  7. Manage and execute pre and post contract administration while maintaining effective supplier relationship, cost management and project administration.
  8. To review contractual documents and to work closely with Legal department on all matters relating to contracts.
  9. Monitor the performance of the contract to ensure suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations.
  10. Manage any contract variations and amendments that may occur accordingly.
  11. Ensure all contracts are managed in an effective manner whereby contracts are renewed or terminated in a fair and compliant manner.
Job Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Economic or equivalent.
  2. Preferably Executive / Senior Executive specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Contract Management (tender process) or equivalent.
  3. At least 2 years in relevant working experience.
  4. Knowledge in taking minutes of meeting is an advantage.
  5. Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Possess strong negotiation skill and proactive attitude.
  7. Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently (minimal supervision) to accomplish task within deadline.
  8. Creative, able to work in fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  9. Able to accept challenge.
Department Status Expected Report Duty
Finance & Accounts Full Time March 2020
Job Descriptions:
  1. Perform cashiering duty, including collections of cash, cheques and online payment
  2. Issue official receipts for all payment collections.
  3. Handle enquiries on invoices and fees related.
  4. Key-in all related transactions in the MYOB system.
  5. Any other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  4. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  5. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
